PART Convention Certificates On Hold

During the PART Convention last December 2009, convention certificates were not able to be distributed after the convention due to time constraint as the PRC personnel cannot assess each participant’s form due to the “huge” number of professional participants who attended the said convention.

After a month, the PRC has sent a matrix to the PART Secretariat, Rochelle, containing the detailed data (with CPE units) of each professional participants.

Some certificates are already sent, while some are on hold for verification purposes. Below are the names of the participants with certificates on hold:

PART -Negros Occidental Chapter 1st General Assembly and Seminar

Attention all Professional and underboard Radiologic Technologists and X-ray Technologists and RadTech and X-ray Tech students.

The PART – Negros Occidental Chapter will be having its first General Assembly and Seminar on November 08, 2009 at the Mayfair Plaza Function Hall. The program will start at 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.

The theme of this year’s assembly and convention is:

“Heading Toward Global Competitiveness on Health Imaging Technology”

One of the speakers for the said seminar will be Eng’r Emmanuel Y. Legaspi who will discuss on licensing and other related regulations. Other topics will be on the CT scan, Neuroradiology and the most-talked about Continuing Professional Education (CPE)

The Philippine Association of Radiologic Technologists, Inc. (PART) will be having its 55th Foundation Anniversary and it will be celebrated together with the 40th Annual Convention this December.

This year’s theme is “EVOLVING FRONTIERS IN IMAGING SCIENCE MANAGEMENT” . The convention aims

to equip the Radiologic Technology Professionals and Students in the process of continual improvement of knowledge, skills and patient care delivery system. Our primary objective in this annual gathering is to respond to the
