Last time, I have posted here the benefits of infrared sauna. This time, I’m going to give some quick facts about infrared saunas as compared to conventional saunas available in the market today.
The use of far infrared saunas are much more beneficial because even at low temperature, your body will be equally heated by the infrared, thus skin burn (red marks) can be avoided, while on the other hand, conventional sauna must reach certain high temperature to reach our tired muscles but the heating process is not uniform all throughout the body.
Rcently, more doctors suggest to their patients to try these far infrared saunas as they have been proven to burn fats, lower cholesterol and reduces the occurence of hypertension. In addition, this process can also assist the body to burn out or wash away the toxins inside, inshort, it’s a good way to detoxify.
So, I guess, thats it for today and I’ll just update you with this new innovation using infrared – a type of non-ionizing radiation.
