Congratulations to all who passed the Radiologic Technology June 2009 Board Exam, especially to my former classmates, Judy Genona, Paul Ferdinand Paris, Vicente Sararana and to my cousin, Beauty Mosquiola.

Among the 994 applicants for Radtech and X-ray Tech Board Exam last June, 2009, only 488 made it. Registration will start on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 until July 3, 2009.

In order to register, you must bring the following:

  1. duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal,
  2. current Community Tax Certificate (cedula),
  3. 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag),
  4. 1 piece 1″ x 1″ picture (colored with white background and complete name tag),
  5. 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and
  6. 1 short brown envelope with name and profession;
  7. cash for the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2009-2012 for RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST;

The oathtaking ceremony will be held before the Board on Sunday, July 12, 2009 at 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Manila.

Registration for membership with the Philippine Association of Radiologic Technologists, Inc. (PART) will start on Wednesday, June 10, 2009.
